Named Meilleur Ouvrier de France in Bakery (2000), runner-up at the World Championship, and winner of the European Cup of Bakery, Ludovic Richard is recognized as one of the great craftsmen of his generation. Trained at a very young age in the family bakery, he built his career through competitions, teaching, and international recognition, notably with the creation of Vent de Ludo in Tokyo. Author of Passion et Tradition Boulangères, he represents a high-level bakery where technical mastery meets the depth of flavor.
