We prepare a quote and call you to discuss it.

After acceptance, the trainer calls to define the program and themes (e.g., petit gâteaux, entremets, viennoiserie, etc.).

We arrange logistics (trainer’s travel and accommodation).

Before the training, you receive the shopping list and purchase ingredients.
