A Ferrandi graduate, passionate and bold, Anabelle Lucantonio quickly stood out in the pastry world. Winner of several prestigious competitions, she was crowned Pastry Queen in 2018 at SIGEP in Rimini, confirming her talent and creativity. Based in Brittany with her business Miel & Caramel, she combines artistic research and teaching, offering training, masterclasses, and demonstrations in France and abroad.
